It screws onto the Ops 12 muzzle device easily and seats against the collar perfectly. I wanted this as I am unable to afford a real Mk12 suppressor, nor do I have much need for one. This will suffice for my purposes. The DPMS Mk12 barrels are NOT properly profiled for a clone. WARNING: Not all SPR barrels claiming to have correct Ops Inc 12th contour will fit correctly. Just got my AEM5 out of Jail. Hurray So, I have a 12.5" barrel and an MK12 collar. There is no step for the collar, but to get 8.5 turns on my suppressor that leaves about 1.5" gap between my collar and my gas block.
